Senior Cleric: Muslim Scholars Must Rise in Defense of Oppressed in Gaza
According to the Taghrib News Agency(TNA), Sheikh Ali Qaradaghi condemned the extensive airstrikes by the Zionist regime on Khan Younis in a post on his personal social media account, stating: "One of the greatest duties that God has imposed on His servants is to stand against injustice, support the oppressed, and uphold the covenant of blood and rights."

He added: "Since the dawn of yesterday, 144 people have been wounded and killed under the fire of the Zionist aggression, with Israel showing no distinction between the elderly, children, and unarmed individuals; for the Zionist regime knows nothing of religion and humanity except what it tramples under its tanks."
Qaradaghi emphasized: "The blood of the martyrs in Gaza is a bloody call for every awakened conscience and every jurist who knows that they must protect humanity, condemn aggression, and not compromise with the occupier. O God, we bear witness before You that this killing is not self-defense but a murder of truth, a violation of the covenant of humanity, and the destruction of justice and mercy."
In conclusion, he addressed scholars and those of knowledge, saying: "O you who carry the legacy of prophecy, make people aware that if they do not stand with the oppressed, they will find themselves ensnared by the enemy tomorrow."
