Trump’s peace plan for West Asia is a failure

The Leader of Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Khamenei, has called the claim by US President Donald Trump to restore peace in West Asia as a lie warning that the plan that necessitates dependence of the Arab states on Washington is a failure.

Ayatollah Khamenei made the remarks in a meeting with thousands of Iranian teachers and education executives from across the country held on Saturday morning, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).

The Leader of Islamic Revolution referred to a recent tour of the West Asia by US President calling some remarks made by Donald Trump during his regional tour as a shame that do not even worth to be replied.

The Leader stressed,” Washington’s model of peace for the region is certainly a failure and with cooperation of the regional countries, the US will leave the region and the cancerous tumor of Israel, which is the cause of corruption, war and schism, will be uprooted.”

Ayatollah Khamenei said,” Wherever possible, the US administrations have used their power for genocide in Gaza, promoting warmongering policies and supporting mercenaries.”

The Leader stressed that to use power for peace and security is possible and said,” That is why the Islamic Republic is and will continue boosting its might in order to achieve multi-fold advances.”

Ayatollah Khamenei referred to previous remarks by the US president that the regional countries would not survive without US’ support even for ten days and said,” The current administration is endeavoring to impose the same model to some countries while this plan is a certain failure.”

In this meeting held with the teachers and educators, the Leader stressed that any budget allocated for education is in fact an investment that will have multi-fold interest.
