The attack struck displaced people’s tents in various areas of Khan Younis, in the southern Gaza Strip, according to local sources.
One of the strikes targeted a tent in west of the city killing entire family of four including two children.
In a separate strike in the Al-Mawasi area, west of Khan Younis, another Israeli drone attack killed four members of another family including parents and their two children.
Additionally, teenager Ahmad Mohammad Nasr Fahjan was killed and seven others injured when a drone targeted the Fahjan family's tent south of Khan Younis.
Another Palestinian was killed when a drone targeted a bicycle near the town of Al-Qarara, northwest of the city.
Thousands of victims are feared trapped under rubble, inaccessible to emergency and civil defense teams due to Israeli attacks.
The attacks came amidst a deepening humanitarian crisis in Gaza, where the Israeli military has ramped up its bombardment since March, when Tel Aviv began to unilaterally violate every term of a two-month ceasefire that had been reached in January.
Overall, the war has claimed the lives of nearly 52,800 Palestinians, mostly women and children.
Additionally, over 119,000 people have been wounded. The regime claims to have killed “thousands of” resistance fighters, though it has not provided substantial evidence to corroborate the claim.
