Islamic fiqh maintains a dynamic view on different issues

Hujjat-ul-Islam Ahmad Moballeghi, in an address at 26th session of the International Islamic Fiqh Academy underway in the Qatari capital Doha, explained the Islamic view on the qualification of the people decided based on the psychological health of the people, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
In another part of his speech at the event, the Iranian cleric explained the two approaches through which the digital games must be viewed, first the one that views games simply as an amusement and the second, a phenomenological view that maintains games as an interactive world that can affect man’s understanding of the universe.
He referred to the nature of games as a multi-layer phenomenon that must be analyzed based on interpretations achieved from interdisciplinary issues.
The meeting proposed frequent meetings for detailed introduction of theoretical ijtihad and explanation of its principles and methodology in the field of contemporary fiqh.
