The president of University of Islamic Denominations called the major religious academy in Iran as a touchstone for a global Islamic unity movement.

Mohammad Hadi Fallahzadeh, the president of the international University of Islamic Denominations referred to the ongoing political crisis grappling the world countries and said,” We are witness to three pro-unity thoughts from Saudi Arabia, Turkey and Qatar.”
 
He added,” Al-Azahr was the mastermind of unity and the view of the Islamic Republic is close to that of the prestigious Egyptian academy.”
 
He said,” We can admit international students in order to pave the way for formation of a generation of pro-unity students.”
 
The Iranian scholar stressed necessity of training a generation that promotes proximity and Islamic unity for the world of Islam saying,” We must develop theories in the fields of Islamic unity and convergence before we promote them in practice.”
 
Mohammad Hadi Fallahzadeh made the remarks in an address to participants of the National Teachers’ Day in Iran.
