Nabih Berri congratulates LTC leader on Libya victories
Lebanese Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri, congratulated the President of the Libyan Transition Council , Mustafa Abdul Jalil and the Libyan people for the victories achieved by Libyan revolutionary forces.

Berri directed regards to the brave "martyrs of the revolution and all those who suffered oh the Regime crimes, especially its destructives operations  of cities and towns".

In a letter to Abdul Jalil, President Berri said "Lebanon, which shares your great joy is governed by a lump sadness because of the tyrant Gaddafi's kidnapping of Imam Musa al-Sadr since since the end of August 1978 , president of the Islamic Shiite Supreme Council, and islamic thinker who worked for the rapprochement between the doctrines and a man of reform and moderation, dialogue and national coexistence in Lebanon, as well as the kidnapping of his two companions Sheikh Mohammed Yacoub and journalist Abbas Badr Eddin".

In the closing, Berri hoped from Abdul Jalil to put an end to the crime of kidnapping that has been going on for thirty-three years, especially since a number of the pillars of the former regime surrendered to the Transition-Libi Council.

"We hope that your sincere initiative with the leaders of the Revolution will lead to the place of the Imam and his companions," he said. 
 
Lebanon's Parliament speaker also stressed on "the importance of building closer relations of trust with Libya and to develop relations in all fields."
