The Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran strongly criticized the non-constructive positions and actions of some countries and stated that, contrary to the United Nations Charter, a small number of Western governments have misused peaceful demands in Iran.

They encouraged violence and taught how to make Molotov cocktails and weapons in cyberspace and media, which resulted in the killing of policemen and insecurity in Iran, to the extent that they prepared the ground for the terrorist act of ISIS.

In a letter to the UN Secretary General, Amir-Abdollahian had previously criticized the Security Council's lack of reaction to the terrorist attack in Shiraz and noted that the lack of reaction of some of the permanent members of the council showed that they still divide terrorists into good and bad.

The Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran, in this telephone call regarding the Ukraine issue, once again strongly denied the baseless accusations about sending drones to Russia with the aim of using them in the Ukrainian war.

"Amir-Abdollahian" also regarding the crisis in Yemen, while criticizing the security and media interventions of an Arab country in the recent riots in Iran, emphasized the continuation of the role of the Islamic Republic of Iran in helping to extend the ceasefire and cooperation with the United Nations in this regard and added, "Any decision regarding the continuation of the ceasefire and the complete lifting of the humanitarian blockade of Yemen must be taken by the leaders and people of this country."

Amir-Abdollahian informed Guterres about the recent exchange of messages between Iran and the United States in the framework of the European Union's role in the Vienna negotiations.

In this telephone call, the Foreign Minister of Iran, referring to the path of the technical dialogue between the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran and the International Atomic Energy Agency, called the cooperation of the parties appropriate.

In the past few days, the technical delegation of Iran traveled to Vienna to discuss with the IAEA, and according to the announcement of "Rafael Grossi", the director general of the IAEA, the technical delegation of this organization is going to travel to Tehran soon.

Referring to the duties of the UN Human Rights Council, the Secretary General of the United Nations rejected any political interference of this council in the affairs of countries.

Guterres, while appreciating Iran's constructive role in the fight against terrorism and helping to establish a ceasefire in Yemen, called for continued cooperation between Iran and the UN Secretary-General's Special Representative for Yemen to extend the temporary ceasefire in this country.

Also, referring to the recent meeting of the ambassadors of the Persian Gulf countries and Iran with him, the UN Secretary General expressed hope regarding the new structure of regional cooperation that can strengthen peace and stability in the region.

Guterres praised Iran's emphasis on diplomacy and considered the revival of the agreement as involving the interests of all parties.

In the end, the Secretary General of the United Nations evaluated the continuation of Iran's cooperation with the IAEA as a positive step for Tehran.
