Iran's economic growth improving

Speaking at the presser held on Monday morning, Iran's Minister of economy has said that Iran's economic growth this spring has been improved reaching to 3.8%.

 He stated: "In recent months, the unfavorable trend of production growth in large industries, especially in the first two months of the year, which was recorded at a negative rate of 5.8%, has improved, and now the situation is growing, and according to the statistics of Central Bank's Monetary and Banking Research Institute it has reached a positive 6.7%."
 
Khandouzi stated that in the industrial sector, the largest increase in production is in the automobile and machinery industries with 22 percent, and added: "The 5.8 percent growth in capital formation is one of the reasons for the growth in production in machinery, which happened this spring compared to the same period last year, and the definite reduction in industrial electricity also contributed to this growth."
