Extrajudicial killing, strategy of Israeli apartheid regime
Malaysia's State Islamic Religious Council has issued a statement stressing that Israeli-backed terrorism is a feature of the regime and extrajudicial killing is a strategy of the apartheid regime.

Muhammad Azmi Abdulhamid, President of Malaysian Consultative Council of Islamic Organizations (MAPIM) in his latest statement slammed attack by Israeli regime against mourners attending the funeral ceremony of Palestinian journalist Shireen Abu Akleh in Jerusalem stressing that extrajudicial killing is a strategy of Tel Aviv regime, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
"We announce solidarity with all journalists covering crimes committed by occupying Israeli regime in the Palestinian lands" read part of the statement as reported by According to Iran's cultural attaché in Malaysia.
It referred to a number of brutal killings of Palestinians and foreign activists by Israeli regime since year 2000 among them 12-year-old Mohammad al Durrah and American activist Rachel Corrie both brutally killed by Israeli forces.
The statement by Malaysian Islamic council added," There are more stories on brutal killing of children, youths and unarmed women by snippers, massive shooting and airstrikes conducted by Israeli regime.
"This murderous regime indiscriminately targets Christian, Muslim, civilians, journalists, children and the grown up Palestinians" continued the statement and added," The merciless murder of Palestinians should be followed in raids and Israeli bombardment of the civilians as they stand for the systematic annihilation of any one speaking against Tel Aviv regime.
After Omar Assad, killed by Israeli regime in January, Shireen Abu Akleh was the second Palestinian American murdered by Israeli regime in the West Bank in 2022.
"The brutal attack against mourners attending the funeral ceremony of Palestinian journalist reveals the inhumane spirit of Israeli forces" read another part of the statement by Malaysian Islamic council adding," This is meant to prove that Israeli regime acts as it likes and any resistance against the regime will be seriously punished."
It also rejected the United States as an impartial observer stressing that Washington's supportive policy for Israeli regime has implicitly made it responsible in any crime committed by Tel Aviv.
