Iran brands Nouri's case not judicially legitimate

Deputy Chief of Iran's Judiciary for International Affairs and Secretary of Iran High Council for Human Rights Kazem Gharibabadi says the case of the Iranian nation in Sweden is not judicial but of a total political nature.
In a TV program on Monday, Secretary of Iran High Council for Human Rights Kazem Gharibabadi said that the Swedish government, supported by some European countries, especially the UK, was seeking to try the Islamic Republic of Iran as its approach became hostile toward Iran in recent years.
Gharibabadi noted that Sweden had always been hosting terrorist groups operating against the Islamic Republic of Iran.
He recalled that the leader of Harakat al-Nidal Habib Assiwad was based in Sweden where the Swedish intelligence services fed him and his outfit with information and facilities.
Nouri whose arrest was against all international rules was not allowed to meet his family for up to four months; the Swedish Judiciary has been keeping him in solitary confinement for two years.
His family traveled to Sweden several times to visit him, but they failed to meet him.
