During his visit to Central America, the Minister of Petroleum also met with the Ministers of Energy and Mines, Industry and Trade, Finance and Public Credit, and Agriculture and discussed common areas in energy and agriculture.
Nicaragua is one of the largest countries in Central America, with a population of more than 6 million, according to the 2019 census.
