Iran's Parliament speaker highlighted holy Quds as a priority for the world of Islam stressing that defense for al-Aqsa Mosque is a factor which boosts Islamic unity.

Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf, in the latest post on his Twitter account, called defense for holy al-Quds as a factor for solidarity of the Islamic nation and the liberal countries across the globe, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
 
He vowed the support from the world of Islam and world liberal nations against any hostility towards al-Aqsa Mosque and their support for the Palestinian resistance groups.
 
"Defense for holy Quds is a unifying axis for Muslim world" he wrote and added," Neither Israeli crimes, nor betrayal of the traitors will shake the resolution of Palestinian nation and their defense for the Ibrahimic shrine."
 
He added," The entire Islamic nation and world freedom-seekers will stand by Palestinian people in defending al-Aqsa Mosque against any hostility."
 
Iranian Parliament speaker issued the message in the wake of the latest Israeli raid on al-Aqsa Mosque on Friday leaving at least 150 Palestinian worshipers injured.
 
Israeli atrocities against Palestinians have surged since the beginning of the fasting month of Ramadan.
