EU’s Mora arriving Tehran duo

The European Union coordinator for the Vienna talks is scheduled to meet with Ali Bagheri, the chief negotiator of the Islamic Republic of Iran, on Sunday.

However, since the return of the delegations to the capitals, consultations and contacts between Iran's Foreign Minister and European Union foreign policy chief Joseph Borrell and other counterparts, as well as Ali Bagheri, senior negotiator of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and Enrique Mora, coordinator of the talks, have continued uninterrupted.
 
During Mora's visit to Tehran, the two sides will also review the latest status of the talks and discuss the remaining issues.
 
Mora will reportedly leave for Washington on Monday after the meeting to hold talks with US officials.
 
Washington has also failed to reach an agreement due to a lack of political decision-making, and efforts to resolve some remaining issues.
