Turkish translation of the book "Iran Literature, From Islamic to Ghaznavids" (Iran Edebiyati, Iskamiyetten Gazneliere) by Professor Nimet Yildirim is published for those interested in Iran literature.


The book is on literary developments during the first three centuries after Islam detailing the Persian literature under Arabs, Tahirid, Saffarid and Samanid dynasties, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
 
It details the changes to Persian literature in the lands under the domination of new Persian language.
 
Part of the abstract to the book reads," Islam was swiftly expanded in the seventh century and after Iranians embraced the religion to win the full support of clerics and its true supporters."
 
Through the era, while the folklore literature was growing, local dialects became the subject for most influence by the Arabic language.
 
Dari Persian made the most growth among all dialects turning to an independent language and became the literary and official language to present time.
