11 killed, 20 injured in Daesh terrorist attack on Diyala
Nearly a dozen people have been killed and 20 others wounded as Daesh Takfiri terrorists attacked Iraqi village in Diyala Province on Tuesday.

Daesh terrorists armed with automatic weapons stormed the village of Hawasha near Miqdadiya killing 11 people including a woman injuring 20 more, the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA) said citing a security source.
The attacked has been described as the biggest of its kind after 2014, the source said adding that the area has been sealed off and the operation to hunt the perpetrators has begun.
Iraqi President Barham Salih has condemned the attack as a "cowardly attack" which aimed the stability in the country and "a reminder of the need to unite the ranks, support security services, close loopholes and also importance of continuing the national effort to end its remnants in the entire region."
Iraqi Prime Minister, Mustafa al-Kadhimi has also condemned the terrorist attack as "heinous" and vowed to bring the perpetrators to justice.
