Mamusta Karimi appointed as presidential advisor on religious minority issues

In a decree issued by Iran's President Ebrahim Raeisi, Mamusta Abdul Salam Karimi is appointed as the presidential advisor in ethnical and religious minority affairs.

President Ebrahim Raeisi has issued a decree on Sunday to appoint Mamusta Abdul Salam Karimi, as his advisor in ethnical and religious minority affairs expressing hope for boosting solidarity among different denominations in Iran, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
 
In part of his decree, President Raeisi called on the newly appointed advisor for efficient pursuit of issues related to the ethnical groups and religious minorities in creation and boosting compassion and solidarity among all religious and ethnical groups in Iran.
 
Born in 1967, Mamusta Abdul Salam Karimi, received his PhD in Arab Literature and also holds certificate from the great Islamic seminary in western Iran.
 
Mamusta Abdul Salam Karimi is a member of the religious minority from Sunni community in Kurdistan province.
