Iran Foreign Ministry slams US over "mistakes, collateral damages" in Afghanistan
Iran's Foreign Ministry in its tweeter account slammed the US military over killing 10 civilians including seven children calling on the international community to hold the US "accountable for years of occupation and violence."
The message was released a day after the US military launched drone strike on August 29 claiming that it had killed terrorists.
This is while the Pentagon had previously claimed the attack targeted Daesh-K terrorist who posed threat against American forces at Kabul airport.
General Frank McKenzie, the top general of US Central Command announced on Friday that an investigation into a last month drone attack by the US military has found it had killed 10 civilians including seven children.
