Yemen slams UN for blacklisting Ansarullah over alleged violation of children
Hisham Sharaf has denounced the top body for the "deliberate" inclusion of Ansarullah on the list instead of Saudi-led coalition calling the decision the last nail in the coffin of the mechanism established by Security Council to deter violators of children's rights across the globe, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).

He stressed," This translates to trial of the victim and forgiving the killer" and added," Although the UN is in charge of defending the basic human rights including children's rights, it has turned its eyes from the crimes by Saudi-led coalition targeting the civilians, hospital and schools as well as killing and wounding nearly 8,000 children since the outbreak of the war."

Yemeni Foreign Minister expressed regret that the UN Secretary General submitted to pressures by Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates for the second year.

He condemned Antonio Guterres for ignoring the demands by tens of regional and international rights organizations and ignored reports and images on targeting Yemeni residential areas by Saudi-led coalition.

Yemeni Foreign Minister warned governments and parliaments across the globe on the fact that the decision is in fact a green light to aggressions by Saudi-coalition against Yemeni children and the UN authorities and allied countries are all partners in crime.
