Top Lebanese cleric felicitated Iranian new president calling him as a model of balance and moderation in regards to his programs.

Sheikh Abdul Amir Kabalan, Deputy Chairman of Lebanon Higher Islamic Shia Council, congratulated Iran’s new president, Hassan Rohani, hailing his method of mediocrity as a principle of Islam, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).

He also felicitated Iranian nation and said,” Iran is a moderate country away from any kind of extremism and terrorism and this is the example for the open diplomacy of the country and its justice in relations with other countries.”

Lebanese cleric expressed hope that Iran is maintained as a determined and honored country because it is a country of the right and justice and that is the reason why it is a hub of attention among world countries.
