Participants in the sixth international Islamic unity conference in London called for more vigilance against intrigues of the enemies which aim at fueling religious differences.

Sixth international conference on Islamic unity was held in London to highlight the necessity of more attention to Qur’anic teachings and vigilance against hostile intrigues against Muslim world, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).

Maher Maz’har, Member of Muslim Ulima Assembly of Lebanon, in this conference called Muslims to struggle for realization of Islamic unity and be loyal to the teachings of holy Qur’an.

“Islamic Awakening in some Arab countries is proof that the grounds are ready for reforms but a unified leadership and a plan are the missing element for that end.” He said.

Ihsan Abdullah, Member of Muslim Ulima Association of Syria in an interview with Al Alam TV channel called the present changes in the Arab world as an “awakening” which is in need of a unified leadership to guide the people.

Hassan Ali Al Tariki, coordinator at London Islamic unity conference noted that establishing the culture of tolerance and peaceful coexistence and not violating the rights of others are the preliminaries to stand against arrogant powers.
