Islamic scholars will not retreat from their beliefs through assassination

Akhund "Qorban Ahmadi-Nia," in an interview with the Taghrib News Agency (TNA), referring to the martyrdom of a Sunni Mawlawi in Zahedan by American and Zionist agents, stated: "The prominent scholars of religion have chosen the true Islam, and they are prepared to be martyred in preserving and defending this school and their land; but they will not accept subservience and submission to enemies."

According to him, "Martyrdom in the path of God and the pure religion that the noble Prophet of Islam (PBUH) brought for the felicity of humanity is a path that believing and courageous seminary students and clerics chose with pride years ago and will not retreat from it one bit."

The director of the Noor al-Adl Mystical Seminary in Bandar Torkaman considered the attainment of the country's dignity and honor to lie only in steadfastness and resistance, not in submission, and said: "History testifies that the great nation of Iran has achieved its dignity and greatness in the shadow of the steadfastness, perseverance, and resistance of the men and women of this land against foreign and domestic enemies."

He added: "Retreating before the illegitimate demands and excesses of a party that has previously withdrawn from a signed agreement has no meaning or concept for the Iranian nation."

According to him, "Absolute submission to great powers has brought nothing but humiliation, degradation, and disgrace for this country and its people."

In conclusion, Akhund Ahmadi-Nia noted: "At this sensitive juncture for the country, it is only necessary that the commands and orders of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution, Ayatollah 'Seyyed Mojtaba Khamenei,' be the guiding principle of our work in all matters, so that the sinister plots of the enemies and ill-wishers of this revolution and Islamic system are neutralized."
