Mamosta Koleshinajad in an interview with TNA:

The absence of a strong Islamic union is a factor in the vulnerability of the Islamic world

The Sunni Friday Prayer Leader of Urmia identified the absence of a strong Islamic union as the main factor in the vulnerability of the Islamic world against enemies, and emphasized the necessity of forming a union similar to the European Union among Islamic countries.
The absence of a strong Islamic union is a factor in the vulnerability of the Islamic world
Mamosta Mamad Koleshinajad, the Sunni Friday Prayer Leader of Urmia, considered "insight" and "unity" as the connecting link in combating external conspiracies and internal harms, and told the Taghrib News Agency (TNA): "Just as we neutralize the enemy's conspiracies through unity and cohesion on the international stage, on the domestic front we must also stand against cultural onslaughts by increasing awareness, strengthening faith, and promoting social responsibility. Confronting harms such as addiction, marginalization, divorce, and cultural identity loss is only possible through national determination and a sense of shared responsibility."

The enemy's greed and lack of proper understanding of the global situation

Referring to the reason for the enemy's greed, he said: "Due to their lack of understanding of the global situation and the West's domination, especially global arrogance and international Zionism, the enemies try to prevent power from being in the hands of Islamic countries. They are always seeking to create division and discord among Islamic countries."

The West's double standard on weapons

Mamosta Koleshinajad, referring to the West's double standard, added: "On one hand, they say Iran should not have nuclear weapons, while they themselves abundantly sell weapons and give weapons to some countries. If weapons are wrong, why do you sell them to others, but for us it is forbidden and we should not have them? These contradictions show the West's dual policy."

The Prophet's (PBUH) model in Ummah-building and soft power

The Sunni Friday Prayer Leader, referring to the conduct of the Holy Prophet (PBUH), said: "The Prophet used various capacities of the pre-Islamic Arab world to build the Ummah. This soft power of the Prophet is a model for today's Muslims."

Perseverance and resistance against the enemy

Mamosta Koleshinajad, referring to the issue of perseverance and resistance, said: "The enemy sometimes does not accept good morals and kindness towards others. Iran used all its capacities to prevent war from happening and continuing, but the enemy did not accept the ceasefire and the memorandum of understanding, and was not committed. This is where we must have the issue of acting with power."

The necessity of internal unity and cohesion using all capacities

The Sunni Friday Prayer Leader of Urmia emphasized: "We must maintain our internal unity and cohesion and use various internal capacities – the capacities of Sunnis, ethnic capacities, religious capacities, and political capacities. All of these must work together like a puzzle so that we can stand against the enemies and maintain resistance."

The necessity of forming a real union of Islamic countries

Mamosta Koleshinajad, criticizing the absence of a strong Islamic union, said: "One of the most central discussions in the Islamic world is the issue of unity, which must always be preserved. I wish other Islamic countries would also enter this puzzle so that the enemy could not strike any Islamic country. Unfortunately, we do not have a real Islamic union that can stand up like the European Union. Western countries were able to form a union among themselves and achieve their goals, but we, with all our shared values, have not been able to unite."
