Muslims should seek their felicity in the shadow of unity and brotherhood

Akhund "Abdul Basit Saeedi," in an interview with the Taghrib News Agency (TNA), congratulating the blessed birth of the noble Prophet of Islam (PBUH) and Unity Week to all Muslims of the world, stated: "The all-luminous birth of the Prophet of Mercy and Kindness, Muhammad al-Mustafa (PBUH), is an opportunity for the Muslims of the world to once again return to the truth of the verse: 'And hold fast to the rope of God all together and do not become divided.'"

According to him, these blessed days remind us of the clear and undeniable truth that the Islamic Ummah, in its great religious principles and ideals, shares a single heart and a common destination.

The Friday Prayer Leader of the Imam Reza (AS) Mosque in Zav, Kalaleh county, considered the unity of the Islamic Ummah as a historical necessity and a divine duty, and said: "The Islamic Ummah, in its great religious principles and ideals, shares a single heart and a common destination, and today, more than ever, it needs conscious unity and religious insight."

He added: "Today, more than ever, the Islamic world needs conscious unity and religious insight, because the enemies of the Islamic Ummah have always exploited the rift among Muslims to weaken their authority, identity, and dignity."

According to him, "Islamic unity means that our qibla is one, our Book is one, our Prophet is one, and our ideal is the honor of the Islamic Ummah."

Akhund Saeedi, stating that Unity Week must go beyond a mere title on the calendar and become a culture of life, social ethics, and a permanent strategy for Muslims, said: "Today, it is the duty of scholars, elites, the youth, and all those concerned for the Islamic Ummah to keep the lamp of brotherhood burning and not allow ignorance, prejudice, and division to create distance among the hearts of Muslims."

He continued: "Today, the unity and solidarity of the Islamic Ummah is not a choice; it is a historical necessity and a divine duty for them."
