The coincidence of the funeral of the martyred leader with Arbaeen is a manifestation of the unity of the Islamic Ummah

Mohammed Qadura, in an interview with the Taghrib News Agency (TNA), referring to the coincidence of the funeral of the martyred leader Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei with the Arbaeen pilgrimage, described this convergence as having a profound impact on the hearts of the lovers of the Ahl al-Bayt (AS), and said: "The million-strong gathering of pilgrims of Imam Hussein (AS) from more than 120 countries is a symbol of the unity of the Islamic Ummah and the continuation of the path of dignity, honor, and steadfastness against oppression and arrogance."

Arbaeen; the continuation of the Ashura path

Mohammed Qadura stated: "The coincidence of the funeral of the martyred leader Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei (may God have mercy on him) with the Arbaeen pilgrimage carries a great message and has had a profound impact on the hearts of lovers and devotees."

He added: "This coincidence showed that the Arbaeen march is a path that brings together tens of millions of loving and devoted people to Imam Hussein (AS) and has a deep connection with the great epic of Karbala – the same epic in which Imam Hussein (AS) sacrificed his life to preserve Islam and the dignity of Muslims."

The presence of pilgrims from more than 120 countries; a manifestation of Islamic unity

Sheikh Qadura continued: "This great and magnificent gathering has practically realized the slogan of Islamic unity among nations and Muslims, because pilgrims from more than 120 countries participated in this million-strong march to renew their devotion to the pure and oppressed blood of Imam Hussein (AS) in Karbala."

He emphasized: "Arbaeen shows that Imam Hussein (AS) does not belong only to a specific denomination or group, but is the Imam of all Muslims and even all the oppressed of the world."

Arbaeen and the strengthening of the Resistance Axis

This social activist, referring to the situation in the region, said: "The coincidence of these two events can help strengthen the Resistance Axis and have important impacts on the reality of the Islamic world, especially in a situation where the region is facing American interventions and its efforts to dominate the security and wealth of Islamic countries."

He added: "The Resistance Axis has proven that it is the axis of honor, dignity, and respect of the Islamic Ummah, and the million-strong gathering of Arbaeen can also show this truth to the world."

The necessity of the role of media and elites

Qadura, emphasizing the necessity of strengthening Islamic awareness, stated: "This great gathering once again highlights the concept of the 'united Islamic Ummah' against the conspiracies that have targeted the region."

He said: "In this regard, the media and cultural and intellectual elites bear an important responsibility and must play a role in strengthening this awareness and transmitting the unity-oriented discourse, especially among the younger generation."

Arbaeen; a university for raising an aware generation

Referring to the widespread presence of youth at Arbaeen, he stated: "We must use the intellectual and cultural message of Arbaeen to raise an aware and united society. This message should not only be discussed in schools, but also deserves to be studied and examined in universities and scientific and cultural centers."

Qadura added: "The goal should be the formation of an Islamic, aware, and unity-oriented society that moves on the path and school of Imam Hussein (AS) in Karbala."

Arbaeen; a message of steadfastness against aggression

This social activist, referring to the developments of recent years in the region, said: "This year's Arbaeen is being held after years of war and aggression against the people of Gaza, as well as the aggression of America and the Zionist regime against the Islamic Republic of Iran, Yemen, Iraq, and the Resistance Axis, especially Lebanon, and these conditions have doubled the importance of the message of this gathering."

He continued: "The million-strong presence of pilgrims can be seen as an expression of their loyalty to the path of resistance and their determination to continue this path in order to realize the ideals of the Islamic Ummah."

Imam Hussein (AS); a global symbol of oppression and freedom-seeking

Qadura further said: "One of the most important messages of Arbaeen is the unity of Muslims around love for Imam Hussein (AS), because Imam Hussein (AS) is the Imam of all Muslims and even all the oppressed of the world."

He added: "In this ceremony, not only Muslims are present. Even followers of other religions are seen among the pilgrims. The presence of youth with crosses around their necks alongside other pilgrims shows that the oppression of Imam Hussein (AS) is not limited to a single nation or denomination, but is a symbol of human oppression and moral and human values."
