The interim Sunni Friday Prayer Leader of Sanandaj stated: "Muslims, to achieve unity and avoid discord and division, must stand against the enemy's media onslaught. What the enemy today uses as an important tool to confront Muslims is precisely the media."

Mamosta Mohammad Amin Rasti, the interim Sunni Friday Prayer Leader of Sanandaj, in an interview with the Taghrib News Agency (TNA), congratulated journalists on Journalists' Day and stated: "What makes the duty of journalists difficult today is confronting the lies and falsehoods spread by the enemies, because the enemies enter the arena of confronting realities with various tricks."
 
Mamosta Rasti stated: "One of those tricks that is always pursued by the enemies in media matters as a divisive factor is the reinforcement of old and outdated issues and the sowing of discord in the Islamic world, so that they can marginalize unity and use the gaps that prevent unity to achieve their goals."
 
This Sunni scholar stated: "To confront the content of enemy journalists, we must prioritize what our leadership and martyred leader always emphasized, and by amplifying correct news, help the vigilance and awakening of the Islamic world. Disseminating accurate news and information can confuse and disorient the enemy."
 
He stated: "Muslims, to achieve unity and avoid discord and division, must stand against the enemy's media onslaught. What the enemy today uses as an important tool to confront Muslims is precisely the media. Therefore, we must confront biased media figures who are today directed by satellites and have had a great impact on the minds of the people."
 
In conclusion, he emphasized: "Shia and Sunni, and every free person who seeks the truth, must individually be a herald of the truth. Therefore, our dear journalists today are the heralds of truth and righteousness, the heralds of unity and the fight against oppression and tyranny. Today, they have stood up against the enemies and will not allow these shrapnel and poisoned arrows of the enemy to seriously harm the body of Islam. We hope that everyone, while following correct news from important and approved sources, remains aware of the current situation."
