Ghadir is the standard-bearer of the unity of the Islamic Ummah

The advisor to the custodian of the Holy Shrine of Hazrat Masoumeh (AS) stated: "The Islamic Ummah, and even those who do not follow any religion, can achieve blessings and unity by studying Ghadir and the life and conduct of the Commander of the Faithful, Ali (AS). Because the goodness of knowledge and the dimensions of a unity-centered society around Ghadir can attain dynamism, growth, and exaltation."
Ghadir is the standard-bearer of the unity of the Islamic Ummah
Hojjat al-Islam Seyyed Ali Akbar Hosseininejad, advisor to the custodian of the Holy Shrine of Hazrat Masoumeh (AS), spoke to the Taghrib News Agency. Congratulating the arrival of Eid al-Ghadir to all Muslims of the world and emphasizing Ghadir's role as a standard-bearer in Islam, he stated: "If Ghadir finds its place in Islamic societies, as it has grown and flourished in Iran—which has been able to defend Yemen, Gaza, Lebanon, and others—it can resolve many of the problems and obstacles of the Islamic world."
 
Hojjat al-Islam Hosseininejad stated: "Unfortunately, the deviations, selfishness, and jealousies that exist among Islamic societies cannot tolerate a just leader. Therefore, the newly converted Muslims and the weakness of faith that was evident in society caused them not to accept Ghadir fully."
 
This Shia scholar said: "The martyred Leader and Imam during his lifetime said: 'Ghadir can be the axis of unity because Ghadir is the standard-bearer of the Islamic, human Ummah, and the Islamic Revolution is a small example of the radiations of Ghadir.'"
 
He said: "God Almighty says: 'Today I have perfected your religion for you and completed My favor upon you...' (Quran 5:3). The Prophet of Islam conveyed an important message to the Islamic Ummah. This message is a universal message and is not related to a specific sect or denomination. Unfortunately, this path has not been received and properly understood as it should have been."
 
In conclusion, he emphasized: "The Islamic Ummah, and even those who do not follow any religion, can achieve blessings and unity by studying Ghadir and the life and conduct of the Commander of the Faithful, Ali (AS). Because the goodness of knowledge and the dimensions of a unity-centered society around Ghadir can attain dynamism, growth, and exaltation."
