Mamusta Aziz Amiri, Sunni Friday Prayer Leader of Qorveh, in an interview with Taghrib News Agency, extended condolences on the martyrdom of the wise Leader of the Islamic Revolution to the honorable people of Iran, the bereaved families, and the respected household of the leadership. Referring to the Quranic verse “Do not think of those who are killed in the path of God as dead; they are alive and receive sustenance from their Lord” (Āl‑Imrān 169), he stated that martyrdom is a great divine honor granted to sincere servants and fighters in the path of God.

He further pointed out that the barbaric and cowardly aggression by the criminal Zionist regime and the United States against the sacred soil of Islamic Iran was a horrific and antihuman crime. “The Zionist‑American enemy, in a savage act, attacked Iranian territory while our diplomats were engaged in talks, martyring the wise Leader and the guide of the Islamic Ummah along with several companions. Subsequently, they targeted the girls’ school in Minab, cruelly killing innocent children.”

Emphasizing that the enemies have crossed all red lines of the Islamic Ummah and the Iranian nation, Mamousta Amiri said: “This historical crime will never be erased from the memory of the Iranian people, and the enemies must pay a heavy price for their heinous act. They have plunged the dear Iranian nation into mourning, unaware that the blood of martyrs strengthens the Revolution and ignites the spirit of resistance.”

Appreciating the prompt and firm action of Iran’s armed forces—the IRGC, Army, and Basij—he asserted: “Our powerful armed forces, supported by the loyal and brave people of Iran, swiftly targeted the positions and interests of the criminal United States and the cursed Zionists with missile and drone strikes, inflicting severe and irreparable damage upon the invading forces. This decisive response once again showcased the might and honor of Islamic Iran to the world.”

The Sunni Friday Prayer Leader of Qorveh, referring to the critical and decisive nature of current circumstances, stated that it is an obligation upon all Iranians to offer full and unconditional support to the self‑sacrificing armed forces as the foundation for ultimate victory.
