Hojjatoleslam Esfehani emphasized that despite the ignorance, superstitions, and authoritarianism prevalent during Imam Hussein's (AS) time—when corrupt beliefs overshadowed people's minds—he raised his voice in defense of humanity and the freedom of mankind.
He remarked, "Every human being desires justice and truth, even when they stray from the right path; intrinsically, they seek humanity and justice. Imam Hussein's call is not confined to any particular religion or sect; instead, it extends to all religions and even to those without faith, guiding them toward truth and freedom."
In conclusion, he asserted, "Imam Hussein (AS) is alive; his cries resonate in our ears. His messages from Ashura and other times today illuminate the path for the faithful who seek salvation. Anyone who wishes for a favorable conclusion and looks for the ark of salvation can find support in his legacy and be saved."
