Prophet Mohammad, axis of coexistence and shared legacy of Islamic nation
A senior Iranian cleric has highlighted the global mission of Prophet Mohamad (PBUH) calling the prophet of Islam as an axis of coexistence, unity and interaction with followers of different religions.

Mamusta Amjad Mahmoudi said, in an interview with Taqrib News Agency (TNA), the Prophet of Islam is the shared heritage of the entire Islamic nation; a heritage that Muslims can benefit from in every period of history.
The Sunni scholar continued,” The Prophet's (PBUH) ethics in all areas, including conversation, judgment, implementation of divine laws, and politics, were an example of the highest professional ethics. God has also referred to this characteristic in the Holy Quran: "And indeed, you are a great people."
The head of the Great Islamic Center of Marivan, emphasizing the necessity of interaction with followers of other religions and noted, "Based on the practical example of the Prophet of Islam (PBUH), Muslims can communicate and interact with other divine religions according to Quranic principles. Today, the Islamic nation must set aside the boundaries of prejudice and reach a common point of unity; a unity that religious leaders have always emphasized."
Referring to the religious diversity in different parts of the country, Mamusta Mahmoudi emphasized: "We have been and will be together and we will not allow the sworn enemies of the Islamic nation to harm our unity. Their conspiracies have been thwarted, and today the duty of religious scholars is to emphasize the axis of unity, the prophetic life, and the common legacy of the Prophet of Islam (PBUH).
In conclusion, he expressed hope that this unity would be a source of goodness, blessing, and the spread of Islam in the world.
