Jafar Ghannadbashi, in an interview with IQNA, said the participation of the Islamic Republic in Sharm El-Sheikh peace conference would make a great contribution to a narrative of victory and peace-making created by Donald Trump and his administration, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
He said,” The key issue is that the US and its allies are trying to accredit their peace agreement seeking a political stance in face of rivals like Russia and China.”
” Sharm El-Sheikh summit has a promotional nature and is aimed at showing off the US allies to the international rivals” he said and added,” The conference also aims to prevent topple or weakening of Benjamin Netanyahu.”
The Iranian analyst called the meeting of world leaders as a mockery since the two warring sides: Israeli regime and Hamas resistance were both excluded from the conference.
He said,” Iran’s participation would not be a proper response since the United States and Israeli regime attacked Iran amid the ongoing nuclear negotiations.”
