Cleric dismisses US-Israeli threats against Iranian nation, Leader as “futile”

A member of Iran’s Assembly of Experts has dismissed the anti-Iran threats by the United States and Israeli regime as futile stressing Iranian nation’s readiness to confront such threats.

Mamusta Eqbal Bahmani said, in an interview with Taqrib News Agency (TNA), that the mighty system in Iran is owed to the wisely leadership of Ayatollah Khamenei emphasizing the loyalty and support of the Iranian nation for the Leader of Islamic Revolution.
 
Referring to the fatwas (religious decrees) issued by senior jurists and religious figures in opposition with the Israeli threats against the Leader he said,” It should be noted that the first Islamic society was formed by the Prophet of Islam (PBUH), who himself was responsible for its leadership. This Islamic society had an Islamic government and Imamate, and therefore the Imam in the Islamic society will have the same position as the successor of the Messenger of Allah and is responsible for managing the affairs of Muslims.”
 
This Sunni scholar stated: " If today we witness that the criminal Zionist regime and the evil America threaten the Leader of Islamic Revolution, it is a result of the evil nature of the enemies of Islam."
 
He asserted that all conspiracies (against the Leader) will fail when the noble nation and people of Islamic Iran support the Leader.
 
He emphasizing: "We consider all the threats that the Zionist regime and America point to as null and void and will confront them with our lives and property so that, God willing, the exaltation of Islam and the word of God will always be preserved”.
 
Mamusta Moradi concluded,” We believe that if we have a powerful and stable system today, it is as a result of the wise, compassionate, and paternal guidance of the Leader."
