"Hajj" as a Symbol of Peace and Unity in the Islamic World
In an interview with Taghrib News Agency(TNA), he pointed out that Hajj can serve as a chance to revive collective rationality, rebuild the identity of the Ummah, and establish a united stance against global domination.
He remarked, "Hajj is one of the most important acts of worship that strengthens the bond among Muslims. Muslims from all over the world gather with a common goal and worship with a 'collective spirit.'"
Qena'atli highlighted ways to enhance solidarity during the Hajj season, stating that during this event, Muslims from various nationalities come together, get to know each other better, discover cultural differences, and unite based on shared values.
He emphasized the reality that Hajj symbolizes the equality of all human beings, regardless of color, race, or country.
He noted, "During Hajj, everyone wears the same type of clothing and performs the same rituals, which eliminates social differences and strengthens the feeling of equality and brotherhood among Muslims."
The President of the Union of Ahl al-Bayt Associations in Turkey also pointed out that Hajj teaches Muslims the concept of "unified movement," which in turn reinforces "social solidarity."
