Cleric calls Muslims to increase compassion, solidarity during Hajj pilgrimage
The Friday prayer leader of Khoy County in West Azarbaijan province, called on Muslims to have dialogue with each other and increase compassion and unity among themselves during Hajj pilgrimage.

Hujjat-ul-Islam Hojjat Ghassemkhani, in an interview with Taqrib News Agency (TNA), urged Muslims to set the holy Qur’an as the axis of unity during Hajj and said,” Not practicing the guidelines of holy Qur’an is the only reason Palestine is left alone nowadays.”
He stressed that if the Qur’anic verses recommending unity and compassion are followed by world Muslims, all issues of Muslims will be settled.
The Friday prayer leader of Khoy referred to occupation of Palestine as the most important issue in the world of Islam stressing the high capacity of Hajj to boost Islamic unity and settling the issue of Palestine.
