Mamusta Mohammad Saleh Haji Hashemabadi, in an interview with Taqrib News Agency (TNA) made the remarks on the eve of the Hajj pilgrimage during which pilgrims express their disavowal for the infidels.
He called Hajj as a blessing of Islam and a display of unity among the Islamic nation.
He said,” This is the pilgrimage that necessitates pilgrims to convene in the same place, use single form of dress and perform the same ritual.”
The cleric stressed,” Muslims must safeguard their solidarity as the Leader of Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Khamenei, in his recent remarks, called Hajj pilgrimage as a political worship through which Muslims must maintain their unity.”
He emphasized,” If the Arab rulers express their disavowal of the infidels, the Israeli regime would not have the courage to commit crimes against Muslims in Gaza, Lebanon and Syria.”
