A Russian scholar stated that the regime in Syria has no problem normalizing relations with the Zionist regime, and the project of dividing Syria and the entry of a terrorist government into Syria is essentially a Zionist project.

He stated: "I believe the biggest challenges that Islamic countries are currently facing are extremism, violence, and sectarian conflicts, especially after the events that occurred in this regard in Syria. Unfortunately, after these events, religious divides have increased, as there are many parties seeking to exacerbate sectarianism and division among Muslims and fueling these issues."
He added: "The solution to confront these challenges is for Islamic countries to pursue ways to come closer to each other politically, intellectually, and religiously. For this reason, there is a need for unity and common bonds that exist among all Islamic sects. Therefore, all Islamic countries must guarantee their political, economic, and national security, which depends on intellectual security and can be achieved through combating religious extremism, sectarian biases, and the Salafi movement, so that everyone in these countries can live in security. All Islamic countries should move in this direction."
This Russian scholar emphasized that economic alliances among Islamic countries always play a significant and important role. He also pointed out the importance of cultural and religious dialogue and the need to strengthen relationships and common values that bring everyone closer together.
He stated: "Islamic societies are characterized by ethnic and religious diversity, and dialogue among all segments of society and between Islamic countries is necessary. Economic security and economic alliances are among the most important issues that help strengthen cultural and religious dialogue."
Sheikh Kifah stated: "If countries are economically poor and their economies are in crisis, it affects their religion and culture and opens the door for the infiltration of terrorist and extremist ideologies."
He continued: "Unfortunately, Islamic countries are currently divided and scattered; some of them are subservient and submissive to foreigners, and unfortunately, these countries do whatever the U.S. and the Zionist regime want and follow their lead, as they lack their own will. The Islamic Republic of Iran is the only independent Islamic country that stands against the U.S. and the Zionist regime."
Sheikh Kifah added: "Unfortunately, separatist schemes are still being pursued, and some countries continue to be subservient and compromise with the enemy."
This Russian scholar emphasized: "Islamic countries must unite against the criminal Zionist regime and the U.S. Islamic countries must achieve a form of economic independence against their enemies. If economic and military alliances are formed among Islamic countries, they will become powerful countries and can confront the challenges and threats posed by the Zionist regime and the separatist challenges that the Zionists are pursuing."
