The prayer leader of Piranshahr, Iran’s West Azarbaijan province, highlighted importance of Islamic unity warning Muslims from all denominations to maintain solidarity and avoid provocative issues.

Mamusta Mohammad Saleh Haji Hashemabadi, in an interview with Taqrib News Agency (TNA), called the recent Israeli desecration of al-Aqsa Mosque as one among numerous crimes committed by the regime and a proof that they basically oppose the holy religion.
 
He said,” If Israeli regime could desecrate al-Haram Mosque, it would have done so; therefore, desecration of al-Aqsa Mosque must remain a warning for Muslim rulers and nations who pretend to be asleep.”
 
The cleric warned against endless Israeli crimes and that the time will come for the criminal regime to disintegrate other Islamic countries like Lebanon and Syria.”
 
Mamusta Hashemabadi urged Muslims to stand united in protection of the Islamic sanctities since the disunity of Muslims has emboldened enemies to assault Islamic holy sites.
