“Spread of Muslim unity is the best achievement of Hajj.”

Molavi Khalil Allah Mortezaee, professor at Al Siddiq Sunni Seminary in Iranian Province of Southern Khorasan, in an exclusive interview with Taqrib News Agency (TNA) denounced Takfiri groups for spread of religious dispersion in some Islamic states and called Muslim elites to make the best of Hajj pilgrimage and prevent expansion of the issue.

On the eve of the biggest religious congregation, Hajj, he stressed,” Muslim nation of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) have to be vigilant and do not permit more desecration of Islamic sanctities.” And added,” With a show off of their fraternity and solidarity during Hajj, Muslims can prove it to the enemies that their efforts to spread intrigue among Muslims would lead to expansion of global solidarity among Islamic communities.”

The Sunni scholar said the real concern of the enemies is over globalization of Islam; therefore, to prevent that they have started world movements to kill Muslims in different countries.

“Islamic sharia seriously prohibits excommunication and killing other Muslims,” he said and noted that the law is unanimously accepted by Muslims from all denominations.

Molavi Mortezaee noted that Hajj brings people from different Islamic nations together to discuss the issues of Muslim world and find solutions to confront intrigues of the enemies to disperse them.

According to the Iranian cleric the most important mission of Muslim ulima (clerics) during Hajj is to exchange views on the issues of Muslim world and also to show the true image of Islam to the world.
