Ceremony marks beginning of Ten Days of Karamat in Iran (photo)

Servants, religious leaders and officials attend the ceremony at holy shrine of Hazrat Masoumeh (AS), in Iran’s holy city of Qom, to begin the Ten Days of Karamat. The occasion is the ten days of festivities between the birth anniversary of Hazrat Masoumeh, daughter of the seventh Shia Imam until the birth anniversary of his brother, Imam Reza (AS), eighth Shia Imam and grandson of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH).
