People in the capital Tehran attended the celebration held on Vali-e-Asr Street marking major Shia occasion Eid al-Qadir. Qadir Eid is the celebration of appointment of Imam Ali (AS) as the successor of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) and the first Imam (leader) of Muslims.
