Islamic unity should happen through dialogue

Member of National Security and Foreign Policy Committee in Iran’s Parliament stressed unity as a current necessity saying that it should be fulfilled through dialogue.

Nozar Shafiee, Iranian MP in an interview with Taqrib News Agency (TNA) on the sideline of parliamentary meeting referred to necessity of solidarity for the world of Islam and noted,” Muslim rulers, authorities and activists in seminary, religious schools and academies should leave their egotistic tendencies and maintain the current situation in the world of Islam in their views recognizing Islamic unity as an urgency for the world of Islam.
 
He noted,” Muslims, at present, are dispersed while enemies are empowered on a daily basis.” adding,” Muslims should note that an Iranian Shia is much kinder than the Zionist regime who leads certain claims over Arab territories.”
 
Iranian MP stressed,” We should highlight our priorities in resolving our disagreements. At present we are in urgent need of unity and this unity should be achieved in the light of dialogue.”
 
He also referred to the recent terror attack which led to martyrdom of one of Hezbollah commanders and noted the high status of Badr el Din saying that Hezbollah has several figures similar to the martyred commander of the movement.”
