Cleric stresses necessity of gaining wisdom in countering Takfiris

In exclusive interview with Taqrib News Agency (TNA), Molavi Kheirollah Yaqoubi, the Member of the General Assembly of the World Forum for Proximity of the Islamic Schools of Thought, urged religious clerics and thinkers to gain wisdom and be equipped with modern science and technology.

The Sunni cleric beckoned to standing danger threatening the World of Islam placing stress on the necessity of establishing scientific centers in all spots across the World of Islam.

Molavi Kheirollah Yaqoubi urged, "Useful sciences and materials should be offered and taught to students and clerics in these scientific centers."

"In the present era, establishing, extending and equipping these centers can inform people providing them with ways to gain wisdom so as to counter Takfiri moves," underscored Member of the General Assembly of the World Forum for Proximity of the Islamic Schools of Thought.

Sunni Friday Prayer leader of Qareh Tappeh in Behshahr urged Muslims to do research and study deeply in holy Quran verses urging them to investigate in Islamic teachings and principles.

The Sunni cleric slammed the willful measures of Takfiri and extremist groups which run counter to Islamic instructions. Molavi Kheirollah Yaqoubi urged clerics and thinkers to discuss the Takfiri ideology and its harmful socio-political consequences.

The Member of the General Assembly of the World Forum for Proximity of the Islamic Schools of Thought religious denounced those who support Takfiri extremists to topple legitimate governments and tarnish the true image of Islam.
