'Al-Quds day, a referendum for supporting Islamic teachings'

“Al-quds day is Muslims’ referendum for supporting Islamic teachings,” said Sunni Friday Prayer Leader of Bijar.

Sunni Friday Prayer Leader of Bijar, Mamousta Seyyed Marouf Khaled in an exclusive interview with Taqrib News Agency (TNA) demanded Muslims worldwide and from different Islamic sects to take part all out in Al-Quds day rally which he counted as the  Muslims’ referendum day for preserving Islamic teachings.

Al Quds day was established by the late founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Ayatollah Khomeini, who mandated it, be held on the last Friday of the holy month of Ramdhan every year to ensure the cause of Palestine would never be forgotten or downplayed. To this end, the Iranian Sunni cleric stressed, “Utilizing all the capacities for illustrating World of Islam Unity and full agreement among Shias and Sunnis over the issue of Palestine is a necessity.”

Mamousta Seyyed Marouf Khaled went on to add, “The day turned to a referendum and Iranian people partake the event all out.”

In his line, as it is obvious each year the Muslims are witness to more of such moves worldwide in siding with Palestinian nations and increasing attention given to the issues.

“Palestine is one of revolutionary ideals of Iranian Muslims and part of enemies’ oppositions to Iran [‘s policy] goes to this area,” underscored Sunni Friday Prayer Leader of Bijar.

Sunni featured cleric of Bijar area held participation in Al-Quds day rally and defending innocent Palestinians’ legitimate rights as religious obligations upon each single one of Muslims.

Needless to say Iranian religious clerics invited Muslims all over the globe to observe the last Friday of Ramadan as Al-Quds Day, and to pledge support and solidarity to the people of Palestine and their legitimate rights. They nudge Muslims from different Islamic sects and denominations so as to join hands and sever the hand of this usurper and its supporters.

As well as focusing on Palestine on al Quds day, the march is acknowledged as a symbol for all oppressed people globally. As tensions in the region and around the world continue to rise, organizers will be hoping events like the Quds rally will be a source of unity for all.

With this connection, Mamousta Khaledi underscored, “Muslims should be more vigilant toward the plots and conspiracies concocted by the regime of Zionism which aim at tarnishing the issue of Palestine and Al-Quds in public opinion, foiling their machinations by taking part in Al-Quds day rally.”
