Unity and Proximity, solution to Muslims issues.

Grand Ayatollah Mohsen Araki, Secretary General of the World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of thought met with Sheikh Abdul Amir Qabalan, Deputy Speaker of Lebanon Supreme Shia Council, saying calling to unity and Islamic proximity among different Islamic denominations will strongly block the way of enemies of Islam, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).

He stressed boosting Islamic proximity as the protectorate of the Islamic society and the sole solution to the issues of Muslims.

In this meeting Sheikh Qabalan and Ayatollah Araki discussed the current issues in the world of Islam and regional changes including those in Lebanon and highlighted the necessity of increasing Muslim efforts for more solidarity, cooperation and standing against Zionist terrorism as well as Takfiri (excommunicating) movements.

The clerics also warned against the threats of Takfiri movements to tarnish the image of Islam, massacring the civilians, scrambling the ties between Muslim states and also spreading fake teachings under the name of Islam.

Lebanese cleric in this meeting hailed the supports of the Islamic Republic of Iran for anti-Zionist resistance which is struggling for saving the Islamic and Arab nation from the colonial plots by the Zionist regime.

Stressing the necessity of boosting Islamic unity, he demanded Arab and Muslims to stand against the Zionist regime which is trying to disintegrate Islamic nation and hatch intrigue among Muslims.

Sheikh Qabalan called Palestine as the touvhstone for Arabic and Islamic efforts and urged Arab and Muslim states to fully support the Palestinian nation and reviving their rights.
