Denouncing the recent terrorist attacks in France, the Grand Imam of Al-Azhar, Sheikh Ahmed al-Tayyeb lectured severely European media for calling DAESH, “Islamic state”, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
 
The religious thinker divorced the willful measures of Takfiri groups and Islam which by nature is the divine religion of blessing and against any extremist moves. “The terror measures are not accepted at all.”
 
“Terrorist group of DAESH like other Takfiri groups eggs on the youth attracting them through wrong interpretation of some constructs such as Sovereignty and ruling,” pointed out the Grand Imam of Al-Azhar stressing Egyptian religious thinkers do their very utmost to enlighten the facts for the young generation.
 
Daesh claimed responsibility for a string of coordinated attacks in Paris that killed at least 132 people Friday night and injured many more.

The bombings and shootings happened hours after an interview aired in which Obama claimed the terror group had been “contained.”
