Head of the World Forum for Proximity of the Islamic Schools of Thought, Ayatollah Mohsen Araki in his recent visit to Lebanon put accentuation on the leading factor of unity among Muslims from different Islamic denominations and sects, regarded the issue as springboard for Muslims’ achievement, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
Ayatollah Araki sat down with different religious clerics and scholar, briefing on the activities and programs followed by the World Forum for Proximity of the Islamic Schools of Thought and underlined the main duty of this organization is informing religious clerics , leaders, Muslims and even non-Muslims toward these plots.
The seasoned scholar urging Muslims to be more discreet over the plots hatched by Takfiri groups, stressing that the machinations concocted by Takfiris are detriment to all Muslims.
During his trip, the grand Ayatollah in his exclusive interviews with different news channels, nudged Muslims from different Islamic denominations to safeguard their unity and refrain from being parted. To the religious cleric, through bolstering solidarity, Muslims can take decisive steps in turning threats to opportunity and make a move for the prosperity of the Islamic World.
Ayatollah Araki also underscored it is incumbent upon Muslims to be more discreet over the plots hatched by Takfiri groups, stressing that the machinations concocted by extremist groups and enemies.
Head of the World Forum for Proximity of the Islamic Schools of Thought beckoned to the idea of unity and rapprochement pervading much of the Islamic World and stressed, “ in many countries including Pakistan, Iraq, Lebanon, Malaysia and Indonesia, Muslims try to hold various unity related conference.
It is worthy of note that Ayatollah Mohsen Araki visited the prominent Lebanese cleric, Sheikh Abdol Amir Qablan. During this meeting, different unity related issues were discussed and the religious clerics talked over roadmaps for fulfilling unity objectives and aims.
Ayatollah Araki also, in his visit with newsmen, editors and editors in chief underscored the necessity of focus on the Islamic unity and the reflection of such issue in the media
It is deserving of note during this trip, the mourning ceremony to mark the 25th anniversary of the passing of the late founder of the Islamic Republic, Ayatollah Seyyed Rouhollah Khomeini was held with Head of the World Forum for Proximity of the Islamic Schools of Thought in attendance.
Ayatollah Mohsen Araki also addressed Lebanese and foreigner reporters, answering their questions and slamming the measures perpetrated by the regime of Zionism and Takfiri groups.
Ayatollah Araki in the meeting beckoned to the leading role of prophets in guiding people and underscored that Islam Prophet (PBUH) guided human people and the divine religion of Islam is, indeed, the religion of guidance.
The religious cleric put accentuation on the duty of all Muslims from different Islamic denominations and sect, stating that it is incumbent upon each one of Muslim to invite people logically to the religion of Islam.
The seasoned clerics underscored that in this area and in fulfilling such aim, people should not be forced to convert to this divine religion.
The grand Ayatollah in another line of his speech, beckoned to the negative propaganda against Muslim after September 11th and underlined these negative propaganda tied the sad event to Islam and Muslims while there was no link between the two.
To wrap it up, in his visit to Lebanon, the grand Ayatollah visited top clerics, senior religious scholar, news men and unity activities who give their lives over fighting the seditions against Muslims thus far, providing the ground for the clerics to collaborate more in the unity area in the future.
