Cleric cendemns French government for Paris attacks

A senior Lebanese scholar denounced the recent terror attacks in the French capital of Paris stressing that the incident is a result of the support by the French governemnt for terrorist groups in the Islamic states.

Sheikh Abbas Zaqib, member of Lebanon Muslim Scholar Society, issued a statement condemning the terror attacks in Paris, stressing that the tragedy is the result of Frence-backed ideologies of the terrorists in Syria and other Islamic states, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
 
” Are not  these measures the result of freedom you are supporting in Syria and other Muslim states?” demanded Lebanese cleric addressing France’s President Hollande and added this is the very tragedy whose main causes are western countries, especially the US.
 
Sheikh Abbas Zaqib stressed,” The Islam, whose image Takfiri groups, are trying to tarnish, is away from any form of violence while the version of Islam brought by them has no result but crime, massacre and bloodshed.”
 
He concluded that,” True Islam denounces these terror attacks and Muslims believe that the lives of all human beings have to be honored.”
