Iran Parliament to apply Leader science policies

Iran’s Parliament speaker has said the Leader’s recently announced general policies on science and technology will be applied in the constitution.

On the opening of Sunday public session of the Parliament Ali Larijani expressed gratitude to the Leader for issuing general policies on science and technology and asserted that the policies will be the base of any legislation in the constitution and state strategies regarding science and technology.

Also Iran’s Deputy President of Science and Technology Sorena Sattari and the Head of National Elite Council, issued a letter to express gratitude to the general policies on science and technology recently published.

Sattari mentioned the government would immediately begin to implement the policies in all organizations and planning.

On Saturday, after consultation with the Expediency Discernment Council, Iran’s Leader announced the general policies on science and technology in accordance to implementation of paragraph 1 of Article 110 of the Constitution.
