President Hassan Rouhani urged all to help and support Iranˈs diplomatic teams who have already accomplished much but are up to even more in the future.

e made the remarks here Saturday in the opening of a gathering to commemorate martyrdom anniversary of President Mohammad Ali Rajaie and his Prime Minister Mohammad Javad Bahonar by the terrorist Mojahedeen Khalq Organization (MKO) on August 30, 1981.

The occasion was later marked by designating it as the closing day of the Government Week.

He said Iran has put a heavy burden on its diplomatic corps in an effort to establish peace in the region, help the voice of the nation be heard louder in the world and stop continuation of oppressions exercised against it throughout the history.

The president noted that Iranian diplomats have done much so far but are commissioned to accomplish more in the future, so they need the support of the nation and the Supreme Leader to get to their ultimate point.

He also said Iran will spare not even one moment to get to its goals in the nuclear negotiations.

However, President Rouhani stressed, this never meant that Iran is afraid of sanctions or is not capable of carrying on life in presence of sanctions.

Elsewhere in his speech, he thanked Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif and all his colleagues for their extensive efforts as Iranˈs nuclear negotiations team which he said is directly performing under his direction and supervision.
