The deputy of Ayatollah Sistani, Hojjatol Islam Sheikh Abdol Mahdi Karbalaeisternly warned about growing rate of brain drain in Iraq, calling on officials to take action on solving the serious problem, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).

Hojjatol Islam Sheikh Abdol Mahdi Karbalaeisternly beckoned to the negative effect of increasing brain drain which crippling the country and underscored, “scholars and elites due to the standing insecurity in the country and lack of respect and attention to their needs and wants leave Iraq.”

In another line of speech, the religious cleric slammed the interference of some foreign countries in Iraq inside affairs and said such measures bring negative consequences for the country.

The religious cleric spurred on the entire nation to increase unity in the Iraq and underscored the standing political differences among political parties should not lead to the growth of gulf among them.

The religious cleric urged all Iraqi officials to sit at talks and eschew from hotly scuffles and wrangling over minute issues.
