No religious war stands between Shias and Sunnis

Chairman of Shia Ulema Council in Europe, Hojjatol Islam Val Moslemin Seyyed Ali Reza Razavi in an interview with Taqrib News Agency (TNA) underscored that the existing predicaments among Muslims in the region are actually engineered and orchestrated by some western countries and the regime of Zionism.

Pointing to unremitting conflagration in the region, Hojjatol Islam Val Moslemin Seyyed Razavi who is resident of London stressed the crucial role of unity at the present condition and underscored, “at the present condition that the world faces with the sedition of Takfir, unity is not only important but also counted as a necessity.”

Hojjatol Islam Val Moslemin Seyyed Razavi urged Muslims to be too well united against the enemies at the present situation, and avoid any pejorative terms against the holy concepts, all the same focus on their commonalities.

Thereupon new vandalism broke out in Iraq, all religious clerics urged Muslims to unity and slam the crisis in Iraq which left over thousands dead. In this regards, Hojjatol Islam Val Moslemin Seyyed Razavi beckoned to the Takfiri groups’ malice to damage Muslims, severing any possible tie between them and the divine religion of Islam.

It is worthwhile noting, along with him, many Iranian religious clerics all stressed the importance of unity, urging Muslims to talk with each other without rancor. To them, relations among some religious denominations are still very brittle, so it is incumbent upon Muslims to have decorous manner toward each other.

In their lines, extrimist measures are mainly engineered by the Regime of Zionism which is perturbed and daunted by Muslims' unity. They also condemn the malfeasance of western officials in this regard. Needless to say, all true Islamic scholars call on Muslims to refrain from rancorous relations, encouraging them not to be fractious over minor issues.

As to the aforesaid line, Hojjatol Islam Val Moslemin Seyyed Razavi stressed, “The sole roadmap for standing against this sedition is unity among Islamic denominations and sects.” To him, unity and rapprochement can lay the ground for enlightening and informing the young generation, which in turn led to introducing the real divine religion of Islam through cultural activities and programs.
